Aurgho Jyoti presented AUR’s current works at the Thesis Studio of NYIT conducted by Prof. Dongsei Kim. The presentation looked at the projects through the lens of land and its connection to memory. Disappeared Land highlighted environmental projects in the Sundarbans and the loss of land with sea level rise. Displaced Land looked into migration and human displacement and the loss of memory through the lens of Partition of India. Sacred Land foregrounded our projects in sacred sites of cultural significance, including UNESCO heritage sites of Agra, Lumbini, and Sarnath. (April 8, 2022)
